Playgroups
Nowadays, many children stay at home instead of going to daycare, leading parents to choose part-time work, remote work, or even hire someone outside to care for their children.
Considering the need to provide opportunities for children to meet and socialize, as parents, we want our children to have fun in a familiar and safe environment.
That's why we decided to offer Playgroups!

It was with these pre-school children (aged 1 to 4 years) in mind that we created these groups for interaction and engaging in playful, sensory, and artistic activities.
The Playgroups are led by an Early Childhood Educator and qualified professionals.
The activities are carefully planned according to the age group, characteristics, and interests of the children and the group.
FAQs
1. How do we work?
The Playgroups consist of a series of meaningful moments for children's development, being essential for:
Understanding sharing, cooperation, and following simple routines.
Providing playful and educational activities.
Promoting the development of social, motor, cognitive, and language skills.
Stimulating new experiences and play.
2. How we work?
We believe in learning through experimentation.
We organize artistic activities based on the exploration of various techniques and materials, providing moments of socialization, experimentation, creation, and exploration of imagination and creativity.
Outside, we explore nature and continue with the proposed activities.
3. What is Playgroup's routine?
Daily, stories are told and animated. These are moments dedicated to exploring language and vocabulary.
We use recycled and natural materials (cardboard, fabrics, cork, wood, earth, sand, paper, etc.).
Typically, our daily routine follows a flexible weekly plan with both free and planned activities that may involve partners and teachers from outside Playroom.
4. What extra activities and partnerships do we offer?
In addition to our daily activities, we are proud to offer enriching experiences through partnerships with specialists from various fields:
Tuesdays: Psychomotricity with the expert team from MOVIMENTO BRINCAR!
Wednesdays: Baby Music sessions with Marta Lourenço (Raízes na Música).
Biweekly Thursdays: Storytime with Inês Blanc, followed by a playful activity inspired by the day's story.
These partnerships allow us to provide unique moments of learning, fun, and development for our children.
